screenprints

last week i attended a workshop on screenprinting, more specifically thermofax screenprinting. using a fast and fairly inexpensive technique you can make almost any image into a screen.

i made two screens on the day, one of my beloved sx70 camera, and the other with two paisley designs.

below is what i have been up to so far with the sx70 screen. i'm a bit obsessed, and having visions of every piece of textile in my flat with this iconic logo emblazoned somewhere on it.... t-shirts, bedsheets, tea towels, the list goes on. for now i think i'm going to try and fashion a cushion cover.
